ContactIn addition to its well-known ravines, the Sierra de Guara has numerous rock formations that attract many climbers.
Alquézar
Alquézar has around 200 climbing routes in 13 sectors, predominantly long routes of 20 to 40 metres, but it also has areas for beginners with routes of up to 15 metres. The orientation is mainly west, so it is best to go in the morning in summer and in the afternoon in winter. The areas are located at the top of the village. The rock is red limestone and is well equipped.
Rodellar
Rodellar is a pilgrimage site for climbers from all corners of Spain and the world, giving it a very international atmosphere. The climbing area offers more than 400 routes in 35 sectors. All sectors are easily accessible on foot. The sectors are mainly spread out along the Mascún River ravine and two adjacent ravines. There are beautiful pools for swimming everywhere.
Vadiello
Vadiello is the climbing school of the Sierra de Guara. Its walls and spires are made of conglomerate rock and it has a total of 433 routes. The area is located near Huesca in a magnificent natural setting close to the reservoir of the same name and surrounded by slender limestone mountains.
