What is the protocol to follow at reception?

Customers will receive an informative document about sanitary measures adopted by the Campsite. It will be an essential requirement to stay at the Campsite to accept the established conditions.

* Customers should avoid, whenever possible, traveling to the reception. Phone communication is recommended.
* The Campsite will encourage pre-checking and online payment.

If customers have to go to the reception, they should follow these basic instructions:
*If the reception staff is busy, please wait your turn, respecting the recommended safety distance (2 meters) and you will be attended to as soon as possible.
*As far as possible, please make your payments by contactless card. In case of making a payment by card, it will not be manipulated by the employee at any time. After each use the card reader is disinfected.
*To guarantee the safety of the customers we have removed from our reception desks all information pamphlets on our facilities, excursions, recommended visits, etc… so if you are interested in obtaining one, you can request it at the reception staff.

What is the protocol to follow in the facilities and services?

In all the facilities and services of the Campsite there are posters with the rules and conditions of use of each one of them.
Respect and follow the instructions on the posters.

The facilities are cleaned and disinfected every day according to the standards of the health authorities, paying special attention to elements subject to manipulation.

What is the protocol to follow in the Bar-Restaurant?

*If the Bar-Restaurant staff is busy, please wait your turn outside, respecting the recommended safety distance (2 meters) and you will be attended to as soon as possible. You can no longer use the bar, the waiter will take your order and bring it to your table.
*As far as possible, please make your payments by contactless card. In case of making a payment by card, it will not be manipulated by the employee at any time. After each use the card reader is disinfected.
*NEVER sit at a table without prior notice (we have to clean and disinfect after each use), the waiter will tell you where you can safely sit.

What is the protocol to follow in the supermarket?

The supermarket is a small space, if the maximum capacity is reached inside, please wait for someone to leave to enter, respecting the recommended safety distance (2 meters).
*As far as possible, please make your payments by contactless card. In case of making a payment by card, it will not be manipulated by the employee at any time. After each use the card reader is disinfected.

What is the protocol to follow in the playground?

Children over 6 years old must wear a face mask (children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times).

What are the preventive measures customers should take to prevent contagion?

*Avoid greetings with physical contact, including shaking hands,
with personnel as well as with other guests.
*Throw any personal hygiene waste (especially paper hankerchiefs) immediately into bins or containers. NEVER on the floor or outside the bins provided.
*Wash your hands frequently, especially after sneezing, coughing or touching potentially contaminated surfaces, following WHO recommendations.
*Use the hand wash dispensers with antibacterial hand gel located at different points in the campsite.
*Keep social distancing to 2 meters and avoid gatherings.
*We recommend appropriate footwear for showering.
*In the bathroom blocks, for the use of toilets, wash basins and showers, you should wait your turn, respecting social distancing and not remaining in the building while you are waiting.

What are the measures taken by the Campsite staff?

*The Campsite is now equipped with the necessary resources taking into account the recommendations of the health authorities (gloves, masks, disinfectant solution).
*The Campsite has planned the jobs and work practices of all its employees to avoid the risk of contagion.
*The Campsite permanently provides its staff with clear and intelligible information about the measures that are implemented, about the protocols that are applied in our facilities, as well as the correct use and maintenance of the materials they are using (gloves, masks…).

What is the COVID-19 cancellation policy?

During the 2021 season, you will be reimbursed 100% of the paid amount if you give us notice up to 48h prior to the arrival date, provided that at least one of these 5 assumptions or situations are met:
*Covid-19 related mobility restrictions that prevent you from reaching the campsite.
*Your country of residence closes borders and/or your city of residence is confined.
*Spain closes borders and that prevents you from entering the country.
*You cannot enjoy your stay if the campsite is closed.
*The reservation holder or a person from the family unit who lives in the same address is diagnosed as positive to the virus or is in a quarantine situation (in any of these cases, a medical justification will be necessary).

About booking

What are the availabilities?

Bookings are treated by order of arrival on the campsite. Sometimes we send several quotes for the same type of accommodation and the day of contact the rental is available, but it can happen that when the customer decides to book they may no longer be available. The campsite would contact you to try and find another solution.

How can I book?

There are 3 ways to book:
*By our website entering in “BOOKING”. Online booking is fast and payment by bank card is secure.

What are the steps for an online booking?

*Enter in “BOOKING”
*Follow the steps by filling in the requested information and bank details for payment
*The campsite will send you the confirmation of your booking (in case there is no availability in the desired category the campsite will contact you to offer you another alternative)
*You will have to return by email or post, the booking contract completed and signed

What are the steps for an email/phone booking?

*Accept the quote sent to you by the campsite
*Wait for confirmation of campsite availability
*Return the completed and signed booking contract by email
*Make the booking payment of 40% of the total invoice
*Once this payment has been verified, the campsite will email you the confirmation of your booking

What are the payment methods accepted at the campsite?

*Cash
*Bank cards (except American Express): for a safe and fast payment through our website: www.campingriovero.com or at the campsite
*Bank transfer: to pay for booking by phone/email, the campsite will send you the bank details by email.

Does the campsite have cancellation insurance?

NO.

What is the amount of booking costs?

The campsite does not charge any booking costs.

Can I book a specific pitch or accommodation?

NO. Pitches and accommodations are reserved by categories, a particular number cannot be booked. However, you can indicate your preference (in the box “REMARKS STAY”) at the time of booking. For example: near the toilets, near the river, next to the JOHNSON family… We will do our best to satisfy you based on availability.

Can two pitches or two accommodations be booked side by side?

NO. Only one booking can be made at a time. You have to repeat the booking for a second pitch or a second accommodation. If you want them side by side, do not forget to indicate it in the box “REMARKS STAY” at the time of booking.

Can I book a Bungalow for a single nigth?

NO. Our “Mobil Home” accommodations are rented for a minimum of 2 nights in low season.

For the 2021 season:
*Holy Week (from 01/04 to 05/04): 3 nights minimum
*Weekend ascension (from 13/05 to 16/05): 3 nights minimum
*Weekends Pentecost (from 21/05 to 24/05): 3 nights minimum
*San Juan feast (from 23/06 to 27/06): 3 nights minimum
*From 01/07 to 23/07 and from 21/08 to 31/08: 4 nights minimum
*From 24/07 to 20/08: 4 nights minimum (from saturday to saturday).
*Pillar feast (from 08/10 to 12/10): 3 nights minimum

Can I book a Bengali tent for a single nigth?

NO. Our “Bengali tent” accommodations are rented for a minimum of 2 nights throughout the season.

Are babies included within the maximum occupancy of the accommodation?

YES. Babies are counted within the maximum capacity.

Are babies counted in the calculation of the accommodation rate?

YES. If your baby is over 3 years old.
NO. If your baby is under 4 years old (free).

Do I have to pay a deposit for an accommodation upon arrival?

YES.
* For a bungalow rental, you will have to give a deposit of 100€ in cash.
* For a Bengali tent rental, you will have to give a deposit of 50€ in cash.

*The accommodation must be returned in good condition and clean. In case of damage to the furniture (breakages, deficiencies, deterioration …) part of the amount will be retained in order to repair the damage caused to the accommodation.
*The accommodation must be delivered in perfect condition upon departure (clean floors, washed dishes, folded blankets and bedspreads, empty bins and buckets, clean cabinets, clean kitchen, bathrooms and toilets, air conditioning turned off and gas turned off and closed).

If the accommodation is not delivered clean at the end of your stay, the cleaning costs of 40€ will be automatically deducted from the deposit given at reception on the day of your arrival.

NOTE: If you notice any anomaly in the state of your mobile home upon arrival, you must notify the campsite reception immediately, which will correct the situation as soon as possible. If you do not do so, any claim you may make at the end of your stay will not be taken into account.

Do I have to pay a deposit for a pitch upon arrival?

YES. For a pitch, you will have to give a deposit of 20€ in cash or an identity document. The pitches must be returned in good condition and clean. No cigarette butts on the ground, no rubbish and no clothes lines in the trees.

Can I change my booking?

YES. According to availability. Contact us as soon as possible by phone or email and we will find a solution.

Does the campsite propose long stays?

YES. According to availability. The campsite offers a monthly rate and an annual rate.

Can I arrive outside the opening hours of the reception?

YES. To enter the accommodation (notifying in advance). You will have to leave the car parked in the outdoor car park. The night watchman will accompany you and give you your key. You will have to give him the passport. The next morning you will only have to go through reception to finish the check-in and retrieve your passport. NO. For campsite pitches because vehicles cannot be circulated after midnight and absolute silence must be kept.

Can I leave outside the opening hours of the reception?

YES. In this case, you must: *Notify the reception in advance of your out-of-hours departure *Leave accommodation in good condition and clean *Leave your accommodation keys in the mailbox at the entrance of the campsite *Park your car in the outdoor car park, because the campsite is open at 8h00 a.m. *After checking the good condition of the accommodation you will be refunded the deposit

Groups of bachelor parties are accepted?

NO. If a Bachelor Party group comes to the campsite without commenting on it at the time of booking, we will be forced to kick you out of the campsite. The Rio Vero campsite is a family campsite, and we want to maintain an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.

Children's camps are accepted?

YES. Always supervised by monitors, they will be responsible for their group and they must respect the rules of the campsite.

About pets

Are pets allowed in the Campsite?

YES. Pets are allowed on the pitches, paying the corresponding rate according to the season. Animals must be kept on a leash and their vaccination logs, up to date, may be requested at any time. With the exception of dogs considered as potentially dangerous: Akita Inu, Bullmastiff, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Dogo de Bordeaux, Fila Brasileiro, Mastí, Napolitano, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Tosa Inu. Our internal regulations regulate the right of admission of these dogs in accordance with the legal regime of possession of potentially dangerous animals, established by Royal Decree 287/2002, of March 22; Law 50/1999, of December 23.

Are pets allowed on the pitches?

YES. The applicable rate will be charged according to the season. Please note that a maximum of 3 animals are accepted per pitch. First and second category dogs are prohibited. *They must carry their vaccination passport, they can be requested at any time. *Check your pets so they don’t harm the tranquility of your camper neighbors. *They must be tied up throughout the campsite and accompanied by their owner at all times. *Animal droppings will have to be collected by their owners (a green space outside the campsite can be used to meet your needs). *No pet may remain alone in the campsite, even tied to a tree or inside a tent or vehicle. *Damage caused by an animal shall be notified to the campsite staff.

Are pets allowed in the Bungalows?

YES. There will be an additional charge of 5€ per night per animal. Please note that a maximum of 2 animals are accepted per accommodation. First and second category dogs are prohibited. *They must carry their vaccination passport, they can be requested at any time. *Check your pets and do not allow them to get on the beds or sofa bed. *They must be tied up throughout the campsite and accompanied by their owner at all times. *Animal droppings will have to be collected by their owners (a green space outside the campsite can be used to meet your needs). *No pet may remain alone in the campsite, even locked in the accommodation, in the absence of its owner. *Damage caused by an animal shall be notified to the campsite staff.

About accommodations

Can you smoke in the accommodations?

NO. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodations.

Is there a bathroom in Bengali tents?

NO. The Bengali tent does not have a bathroom, not have water. You have to use the common areas (toilets, sinks and laundry rooms).

Are there sheets in Bungalows?

NO. You can bring your sheets from home. Or if you prefer, you can rent sheet Kits at the Camping for your stay. Our sheet rental rates: *5€ for a double bed Kit *3,5€ for a single bed Kit

Are there towels in the accommodations?

NO. You must bring your towels from home.

Are there pillows in the accommodations?

YES.

Are there blankets in the accommodations?

YES. In the Mobil Home accommodations. You will find blankets in the wardrobes of the accommodation. NO. In Bengali tent accommodations. *Due to the current situation COVID-19 issue, we no longer lend blankets but we rent them for 3€ (due to the cost of cleaning and disinfection). If you want to rent a blanket, ask at reception.

Is the kitchen equipped?

YES. *Mobil Home has a gas kitchen, a microwave, an Italian coffee maker, a refrigerator and a basic crockery kit. *The Bengali shop has a gas campsite with 2 stoves, an Italian coffee maker, a refrigerator and a basic crockery kit.

Is there TV in the accommodations?

NO.

Is there toilet paper in the accommodation?

NO. In the campsite supermarket you will find everything you need. The campsite offers you a Welcome Kit containing: *1 roll of toilet paper *1 matchbox *1 bag of garbage *1 dishcloth *1 sponge *1 multipurpose pill for clean the floor *30ml dishwasher

Are there cleaning products in the accommodation?

NO. In the campsite supermarket you will find everything you need to leave your accommodation clean for check-out. The campsite offers you a Welcome Kit containing: *1 roll of toilet paper *1 matchbox *1 bag of garbage *1 dishcloth *1 sponge *1 multipurpose pill for clean the floor *30ml dishwasher

Is there air conditioning in the bungalows?

YES. In the Peonera model. NO. In the Vero model.

Is there heating in the bungalows?

YES. In the Mobil Home Peonera there is an electric radiator and heat pump in the living room. NO. In the Mobil Home Vero there is only one gas stove in the living room. NO. In the Bengali tent, it is recommended that you bring a heating device from home during the months of March, April, September and October.

Is there WIFI in the accommodations?

YES. In Mobil Homes YES. In Bengalis tent from 1 to 10 NO. In Bengalis tent from 11 to 26 *WIFI is free.

Is there possible to rent a cot for my baby?

YES. The campsite offers you the possibility to rent  a cot with his sheet kit, always according to availability. Check with the campsite reception in advance to book it! *Only children from 0 to 3 years old can sleep in baby cots.

Is there possible to rent a high chair for my baby?

NO. The campsite does not have high chairs for rent.

Is there possible to rent a bathtub for my baby?

NO. The campsite does not have bathtubs for rent.

What is the final cleaning fee?

The final cleaning fee is 40€ per accommodation. If you want to enjoy your holiday until the last second, take the final cleaning fee.

At what time must release the accomodations at departure day?

Accommodations must be delivered between 8h00 a.m. and 12h00 p.m.

About pitches

Can you smoke on the campsite pitches?

YES. It’s allowed. It is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground for safety, hygiene and respect for the following customers.

Do the pitches have electricity?

YES. All pitches have electricity provided by an electric hook up power point with a European connection of 5 amps.

Do the pitches have a water connection?

NO.

Do the pitches have shade?

Many of them have shade, others sunny and shaded and some are just sunny. The customer can choose his pitch. The customer must return to the reception to communicate the pitch he have chose.

It is posible to make barbecue on the pitches?

NO. Only camping-gas can be used for cooking on the campsite pitches. You have at your disposal a barbecue area at the entrance of the campsite.

Is there WIFI on the campsite pitches?

YES. The first part of the campsite is equipped with WIFI. Upon arrival at the campsite we will inform you at the reception of the areas.
NO. In the second part of the campsite.

*WIFI is free.

At what time must release the pitch at departure day?

Pitches must be delivered between 8h00 a.m. and 12h00 p.m.

About campsite

The Campsite is open all the year?

NO. The Campsite is open from March to October.

Can we receive visitors?

YES. The camper can receive visitors. A visitor is a person who visits us occasionally but does not stay at the campsite to sleep.

Here’s how to do it:
*The camper will have to notify the reception of the campsite in advance of the visit.
*The visitor must go at the reception of the campsite and pay the rate.
*The visitor must leave a piece of identification and recover it on departure.
*The visitor’s vehicle must remain parked in the outdoor parking.
*The visitor must leave the campsite before midnight.

Is there a service station for motorhomes?

YES. This service is free for our customers. You can empty your box and chemical toilet and fill your water tank.

*For travellers who do not stay at the campsite and want to use this service, the cost is 3,5€. Travellers must go first at the campsite reception and pay the rate before use. Forbidden sleep on the service area.

Does the campsite offer a shower service?

YES.

Can you have a bath in the river next to the campsite?

YES. There’s no danger, the river near the campsite is not very deep.
There are several bathing areas from the campsite, on the day of your arrival they will be indicated.

It is posible to make barbecue in the Campsite?

YES. The campsite has a barbecue area enabled for customers, equipped with 3 grills. The use of barbecues is prohibited on the pitches because we are in a National Park due to the risk of fires.

*Due to the current situation COVID-19, the middle grill is disabled in order to maintain the safety distance.

Does the campsite have a "kids club"?

NO. The campsite does not have a children’s activities program.

Is there entertainment at the campsite?

YES. Concerts are available on the main terrace every Friday in July and August.

*Due to the current situation COVID-19, we don’t know if we can organize concerts this 2021 season.

Is there toilet paper in the bathroom blocks?

YES. The campsite provides toilet paper and sink soap.

Is there a baby bath in the Campsite?

NO.

Is there a bathroom for the disabled in the Campsite?

NO.

Is there a microwave available at the campsite?

NO.

Is there a washing machine in the Campsite?

YES. Put the coin directly into the washing machine to start the wash. The machine supply the detergent, no need to put.

Is there a dryer in the Campsite?

NO.

Is there an internet space at the campsite?

NO. But you can connect to your laptop, tablet or smartphone thanks to the free WIFI.

About facilities and services

Is it possible to book a full board or half board?

YES. We have a restaurant at the campsite. Feel free to email us your request. You can also book it directly at the same time as your online accommodation booking on our website.

*Due to the current situation COVID-19, the campsite restaurant is closed this April 2021, we have disabled the online booking of full board an half board.

Is there WIFI in the Bar-Restaurant area?

YES. WIFI is free.

Does the Restaurant offer a daily menu?

YES. Daily menu costs 14€/person.

Does the restaurant offer takeaways food?

YES. The campsite restaurant has a wide range of food to takeaways (pizzas, french chips, portions, salads, burgers, sandwiches, paellas, fideuas…)

Can I buy bread at the campsite?

YES. Every morning we bake bread. We have 2 point to buy it, in the supermarket and in the bar. It’s best to order it in advance.

Where can I find gaz cartridges/cylinders for my campingas?

In the supermarket of the campsite we have several models.

Where are the campsite containers?

For hygiene and comfort, the containers are located outside the campsite, in the outdoor car park. Please do not use trash from toilets, laundry rooms and sinks to dump your trash because they are small capacity and they are for exclusive use. Come to the entrance of the campsite to throw away your personal waste.

*Help us take care of the environment and recycle! We have organic/waste containers, plastic containers and glass containers, thank you for your collaboration…

*For waste oils you can deliver them directly to the bar-restaurant staff, a company does the collection once a month.

Is the ACSI card accepted at the Campsite?

YES. We have special rates for customers who present this card at check-in at the reception.

Is the ADAC card accepted at the Campsite?

YES. We have special rates for customers who present this card at check-in at the reception.

Is the CARAVANING CARD accepted at the Campsite?

YES. We have special rates for customers who present this card at check-in at the reception.

Other information

Any incidents?

Please contact the reception of the campsite to record this. The person responsible for the campsite will assist you and try to find a solution. Our workers are at your service to try to have a pleasant holiday, they can ask them any questions they have. You can go to reception within opening hours whenever you need it.

*Remember that if we are not informed of this incident we will not be able to help you and our priority is to be able to offer you the best service.

Is the Bar-Restaurant open in low season?

YES. The bar and restaurant are open at the same time as the campsite with reduced schedules in low season. From 8h00 a.m. to 22h00 p.m.

*Due to the current situation COVID-19, this April 2021 the campsite restaurant is closed. However we provide bar service for breakfast.

Is the Supermarket open in low season?

YES. We provide supermarket service every day, asking first at reception to attend to you. In July and August the supermarket has fixed schedules. From 8h00 a.m. to 12h00 a.m. and from 17h00 p.m. to 21h00 p.m.

*Due to the current situation COVID-19, this April 2021 the campsite supermarket is closed.

Is Alquézar far from the campsite?

NO. Alquézar is only 3 km from our campsite. Walking takes one 35-40 min because it has a slope of 100m.

Is there a bus system to get to Alquézar from the campsite?

NO.

Is the river far from the campsite?

NO. The river is right next door, 30 meters from the campsite, passing all along our campsite. It has several bathing areas.

Where is the nearest tourist office?

At Alquézar. They also have another one in the city of Barbastro 21km from our campsite.

Where's the nearest gas station?

At Alquézar. They also have others in the city of Barbastro 21km from our campsite.

I have a problem with my car. Where's the nearest auto repair shop?

At Barbastro. There are many auto repair shops. We personally recommend you the AUTO TALLER TERRE, calle Campo, Nave 4.
