GENERAL CONDITIONS CAMPING RIO VERO
CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION:
*It is mandatory to register at the reception on the day of your arrival, everyone over 16 years must present a valid identity document. Passport or National ID is needed to access the campsite.
*Pets, like people, must register upon arrival at the campsite. You will have to present their vaccination record.
*The fact of staying at Campsite Rio Vero implies the acceptance and application of these general conditions, as well as the internal regulations.
*Bengali tents have different capacities (4, 5 or 6 places), you must respect the maximum capacity of the accommodation (children and babies included). Any additional person will be refused.
*Mobile homes have a maximum capacity of 6 people (children and babies included). Any additional person will be refused.
*The prices charged (price per night) are displayed at reception, all taxes included.
*We do not accept minors if they are not accompanied by their parents.
*We do not accept groups coming to celebrate bachelor parties.
PITCHES SPECIALS CONDITIONS:
*In high season, from 01/08 to 25/08, there will be no pitch booking for less than a week. Entry for stays of less than 7 nights will be accepted, but without prior booking.
BENGALI TENT SPECIALS CONDITIONS:
*Throughout the season, the minimum authorized stay is 2 consecutive nights.
MOBILE HOME SPECIALS CONDITIONS:
*In low season, the minimum stay is 2 consecutive nights.
*During Holy Week, the minimum stay is 3 consecutive nights.
*From 01/07 to 25/07 and from 25/08 to 31/08, the minimum stay is 4 consecutive nights.
*From 26/07 to 24/08, the minimum stay is 7 nights and must be from Saturday to Saturday.
*During the long weekends of May/June, the minimum duration of stays is 3 consecutive nights (the exact dates can be consulted on our website).
BOOKING:
*The customer must pay 40% of the total amount of the stay for the reservation to be effective.
*The reservation will be confirmed once the payment has been made. Please send us by mail a proof of payment in the case of a payment by bank transfer. The campsite will send you a booking confirmation by email.
*The balance of the stay must be paid on the day of your arrival at the campsite.
*If this payment doesn’t take place, the campsite has the right to cancel the stay.
*If 24 hours after on the following day of the arrival date booked, the customer has not checked in yet nor has it notified (by email or phone) of a possible delay, he will lose all his rights of the booking and the payment.
*The campsite has the right to cancel any reservation if it is proved that the details given in the booking contract are incorrect.
*The campsite reserves the right to cancel a booking within the 3 working days following the date of the reservation. In this case, the campsite would inform the customer in writing and within the delay specified and 100% of the payment made will be refunded.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS:
*The customer agrees to report the same day, the arrival of any additional person.
*The customer agrees to report the same day, the early departure of one of the campers and not at the departure of the group, and this, to be taken into consideration.
*The customer can’t book a specific pitch or accommodation number, but he can indicate his preferences at the time of booking, they will be considered depending on availability.
*The customer agrees to respect the dates of arrival of his stay. If the customer wishes on his arrival a pitch or an accommodation other than that designated, it can be satisfied within the limits of availability. He will have to make the move the next morning before noon.
*Accommodations arrivals are authorized from 14:00 p.m. in low season and from 17:00 p.m. in average and high season (July and August).
*Arrivals are authorized from 10 a.m. in low season and from noon in average and high season (July and August).
*Arrivals will be imperative before 23:30. At midnight the entrance gate will be closed. Vehicle traffic is prohibited in the campsite between midnight and 8 a.m. During these times, vehicle entries and exits are not permitted. You will have to park your car on the outdoor parking.
*The departures will be realized before noon; the customer will have to pass by the reception to recover his identity card or his guarantee.
*If departure is made after noon without notice and agreement with the reception of the campsite, a supplement will be charged for delay and inconvenience caused.
*Sometimes we allow an exit after noon if the pitch is not occupied the same day by another customer. Consult beforehand with the reception.
PITCHES PARKING:
*You will have to park your vehicle on your pitch.
ACCOMMODATIONS PARKING:
*A parking space is available near your accommodation if you wish. A vehicle is included in the rate.
PITCHES PETS:
*Pets are allowed in the campsite, except first and second category dogs.
*A maximum of 3 pets is accepted per pitches.
*Animals must pay, just like people.
*The owner of the animal or the person who made the reservation is solely responsible for the behavior of the animal.
*In case the campsite detects bad behavior, it reserves the right to expel the owner or holder of the reservation, without the right to reimbursement of the days not taken.
ACCOMMODATIONS PETS:
*Pets are tolerated in the accommodations. A supplement of €8.00/night and per animal will be charged.
*A maximum of 2 pets is accepted per accommodation.
*Please control your pets and do not let them climb on the beds.
*The owner of the animal or the person who made the reservation is solely responsible for the behavior of the animal.
*In case the campsite detects bad behavior, it reserves the right to expel the owner or holder of the reservation, without the right to reimbursement of the days not taken.
TOBACCO:
*Smoking is allowed on the campsite pitches.
*It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the accommodation.
*It is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette end on the ground for safety, hygiene, and respect for the following campers.
BARBECUE:
*It is forbidden to make fire on the pitches, only camping-gas stoves are allowed.
VISITING:
*Visiting friends or family is allowed.
*Visiting hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
*The customer is responsible for visitors and their actions.
*All visitors are required to check-in upon arrival, pay the applicable rates, and must respect our house rules.
*Visitor vehicles must remain in the outdoor car park.
PITCHES GUARANTEE:
*An Identity card will be requested at reception and will be returned you on the day of departure.
*For customers who don’t wish to leave an identity document, a deposit of €20.00 will be required as a guarantee of a return of the pitch in good conditions.
ACCOMMODATIONS GUARANTEE:
*A deposit of €50.00 in cash or by card is required for the rental of a Bengali tent, and a deposit of €100.00 for the rental of a Mobil Home as a guarantee of the return of the accommodation in good condition.
INCLUDED IN THE RENT OF BENGALI TENT:
*Electricity and gas supply.
*One pillow per bed.
*A wooden picnic table.
*WIFI (only in tents 1 to 10).
*Parking for one vehicle.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENT OF BENGALI TENT:
*End of stay cleaning (to be done yourself), or on request, at the price of €40.00.
*Sheets and pillowcases.
*Blankets.
*Bath towels.
*A television.
INCLUDED IN THE RENT OF MOBIL HOME:
*Water, electricity and gas supply.
*Air conditioner (Peonera and Mascún model).
*One pillow per bed.
*Blankets.
*A wooden picnic table.
*WIFI
*Parking for one vehicle.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENT OF MOBIL HOME:
*End of stay cleaning (to be done yourself), or on request, at the price of €40.00.
*Sheets and pillowcases.
*Bath towels.
*A television.
ELECTRICITY AND GAS:
*Please make sure all lights are off when you leave the accommodation.
*As a precaution, turn off the gas when not in use and turn the cylinder button to the OFF position.
*Please make sure are off air conditioning and heating.
*Also make sure that the faucets are closed and that the gas shut-off valve located under the sink is also closed (Peonera model).

PITCHES CLEANING:
*During the stay, the campsite does not clean the pitch.
*The pitch must be returned clean at the end of the stay (no garbage cans, no cigarette butts on the ground, no papers, no strings attached to trees, etc.).
*It is forbidden to leave garbage cans on the site, the waste containers are located outside the campsite, in the parking.
*Please do not throw your garbage bags in the small garbage cans in the common areas (toilets, washhouses, and barbecues).
ACCOMMODATIONS CLEANING:
*During the stay, the campsite does not clean the accommodation.
*The accommodation must be returned clean and in good condition by the customer (general cleaning, crockery, cooking elements, coffee maker, etc.).
*The fridge will need to be cleaned and defrosted.
*The customer must dispose of their household waste and other waste in the waste containers located outside the campsite in the parking.
*If when the accommodation is returned, it does not meet the basic cleaning requirements, the campsite will be entitled to charge you €40.00 for the cleaning service.
*Please do not throw your garbage bags in the small garbage cans in the common areas (toilets, washhouses, and barbecues).
ACCOMMODATIONS INVENTORY:
*On the day of arrival, the client will receive with the keys to the accommodation an inventory with a list of objects. The customer should check this list as soon as possible and should notify the reception the same day if
anything is missing so that it can be considered.
*The day before departure, the customer must make an appointment at reception to agree on the time of the exit inventory.
*A member of the campsite staff will check your rental, and if everything is correct, the deposit will be returned.
*Any broken or damaged object must be reported and invoiced according to the price list available at reception.
*Any other deterioration caused by the customer will be the subject of a report, and the campsite will be entitled to request repair and compensation costs.
*These costs will be invoiced as compensation and may be directly deducted from the deposit left at reception.
CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION INSURANCE “CAMPEZ COUVERT” (optional):
*Campsite Rio Vero proposes hiring a cancellation guarantee, although cancellation insurance is optional, it is recommended to subscribe to it.
*Cancellation insurance must be paid in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable (4% of the total amount of the stay).
*CAMPEZ COUVERT from the Gritchen Affinity group, is a travel insurance aimed at guaranteeing the damage suffered by the insured before and during the trip, as well as the expenses for which he is responsible.
*It includes guarantees in the event of trip cancellation, late arrival, interruption of stay, forgetting of a personal item, as well as coverage of a replacement vehicle.

*To request the cancellation of your reservation you must first notify Camping Rio Vero, and then you will have to declare the cancellation to the CAMPEZ COUVERT insurance:

CANCELLATION AND ABANDONMENT:
*No refund of the sums paid will be possible if you do not subscribe to the Cancellation and Interruption insurance package.
*No refund or reductions will be made in the event of early departure or late arrival.
*If the customer does not show up, the campsite will dispose of the pitch or the accommodation, considering that the customer has given up his reservation; the reservation will be terminated automatically, without any formality, at its wrongs and grievances. The sums paid will be kept by the campsite as damages.
*If the pitch or the accommodation is abandoned, the campsite reserves the right to dispose of it.
